Job Site Success Coach

Location: Spokane, Washington (In‑person)
Type: Non‑Exempt, Hourly
Compensation: Pay band $20.58 ‑ $26.75 per hour; anticipated range $22.28 ‑ $23.00 per hour.
Work Schedule: Part‑time.
Responsibilities- Manage up to 15 active clients and their support circles, adjusting numbers for part‑time status.
- Allocate 78% of time to client support either in the community or in the office, using a person‑centered approach to train, coach, encourage, and mentor toward employment goals.
- Develop creative job aids and recommend assistive technology or tools for client success.
- Establish connections with client supervisors and managers to enhance support.
- Provide 1:1 on‑the‑job training and follow‑up services to ensure retention and career advancement.
- Use information management systems to document client files, case notes, and billings per contract and program guidelines.
- Conduct intakes, vocational assessments, observations, incident reports, and create job development plans with clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA and Tessera program rules.
- Operate Tessera‑provided or personal vehicles for job duties.
- Prepare for external and internal audits and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws on equal employment opportunity.
- Provide coverage for other team members as needed and attend staff meetings, mentoring sessions, networking events, and job fairs.
- Meet other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Education, Human Services, Social Work or related field highly preferred. - At least one year of relevant experience is highly preferred.
- Valid Washington state driver’s license required; must obtain and maintain Tessera insurance coverage.
- Must obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access; background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
- Must pass Washington State DSHS background check.
- A REAL ‑compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative (e.g., US passport or military ) is required to access federal installations.

- Comfortable with technology use and providing remote coaching; ability to instruct clients on technology.
- Knowledge of community resources for referrals.
- Strong time‑management, written and oral communication skills.
- Self‑directed with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
