$33-$35/Hr Depending on Experience
Monday-Friday schedule with shifts starting in the morning
Will service the state of Washington, Idaho, and Oregon
Layovers are required. Approx 2-3 days a week
CDL B truck will be used

Our field Service technician will install and service new and existing Bulk CO2 tanks in a safe manner in accordance with all federal/state/county/local codes and Airgas policies while operating a CDL B truck.
Responsible for the safe and accurate loading/unloading and transporting of CO2 products for servicing. Including but not limited to; climbing 14 ft ladders, operating battery and electric power tools. Maneuvering equipment up to 500 lbs with a hand truck and ability to work overhead regularly. Obtains required signatures from customers as needed.
Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time within the region including layovers with 1-2 weeks prior notice. When travel is expected, Airgas will pay for any hotel accommodations, flights or car rentals. All ANC trucks are day cabs, there is no expectancy for layovers in sleeper cabs.
Typical shift is Monday-Friday with the ability to be on call some weekends.
Installs C02 bulk installations at both Airgas facilities and customer sites
Analyze and make general repairs and maintenance of new and existing Bulk C02 systems.
Install decals and warning signs for the proper identification of hazards, warnings, ownership, normal operational settings, emergency contacts, etc.
Maintains an appropriate stock of recommended parts necessary to repair typical installations operated by the hub.
Operate power tools, climb ladders (up to 14 ft), and maneuver equipment up to 500 lbs.
Travel up to 50% within the region with advanced notice. All travel expenses (hotel, flights, car rentals) are covered.
Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with HAZMAT, Tanker, & Airbrake endorsement
Hazmat IS REQUIRED. CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNLESS THEY CURRENTLY HAVE THEIR HAZMAT
Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last year.
Maintain appropriate driver's license, medical card & endorsements
No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at-fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years
No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years
Ability to read blueprints and design specifications, manufacturer drawings, architectural drawings related to bulk delivery sites associated with customer installations.
Ability to perform mathematical calculations
Have a basic understanding of hand tools and how they are used
Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of any specialty gas is a plus.
Must be able to work in a drug-free environment
Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
