The Role
As an Inventory Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting facility projects and daily operations by ensuring the right materials and supplies are always on hand. You’ll work closely with the Facilities Director and facility team to keep projects moving efficiently and safely. - Travel to vendors and supply stores to pick up essential materials
- Track and monitor material status for multiple projects
- Coordinate incoming freight and small deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and manage purchase orders
- Help monitor budgets and ensure purchases stay on track
- Build strong relationships with vendors and source new inventory solutions
- Analyze and replenish inventory levels
- Support planning for projects and process improvements
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are ready for upcoming work
- Communicate progress and needs with team members and leadership
- Receive shipments and operate a forklift to store inventory
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with Leads and co-workers to meet facility needs
- Assist with R&D projects and perform other duties as needed
Candidates must be 21 years of age or older and possess the following:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in maintenance, construction, or general labor preferred
- Ability to walk, sit, stand for long periods, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb, talk, hear, and occasionally crawl
- Clear vision at 20+ feet and ability to differentiate colors
- Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet; Biotrack
THC experience a plus) - Dependable, efficient, and able to follow instructions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong math skills and solid judgment
- Ability to identify problems early and offer solutions
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Moderate to loud noise levels
- Occasional exposure to workplace hazards
- Dust, fumes, or vapors
- Possible exposure to certain chemicals
