Die Gemeinde Spreitenbach sucht eine/n Sozialarbeiter/in FH (80-100%) zur umfassenden Begleitung von Klienten von Aufnahme bis Abschluss. Sie prüfen Anträge auf materielle Hilfe, beraten in persönlichen Gesprächen und vermitteln bei Bedarf an Fachstellen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören administrative Arbeiten, Anträge an die Sozialkommission sowie die Umsetzung von Beschlüssen. Im Team arbeiten Sie an Sozialberichten und Abklärungen für das Familiengericht Baden.
