Holmes Drafting Services (HDS) is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to own the AP process—reviewing invoices, validating charges, and ensuring timely payments. You will be the primary contact for vendors and subcontractors, resolving discrepancies and maintaining an audit-ready ledger.
You’ll reconcile weekly, build reliable cash-flow schedules, and collaborate with leadership to prioritize payments. Prior experience in AP and familiarity with Quick Books or Xero is preferred.
