We are on the hunt for an energetic, motivated administration/personal assistant to support the Managing Director as well as other team departments at Digital Accord. We are considering applications for both Part Time and Full Time, potentially suiting both options.

Digital Accord is an innovative digital agency located in Spring Hill. We are a team of specialists in Website Design and Development, Digital Marketing, Business IT, and Cloud Hosting.

Tasks Include:
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls to relevant staff
  • Organisingincoming emails to ensure clients and stakeholders are replied to in a timely manner.
  • Accounts and invoicing
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Ordering of supplies for the office and external hardware for clients
  • Assisting with management of project tasks, and assisting the Managing Director in the organisation of client workflow and tasks.
  • Assisting the Marketing Team with social media content and other marketing related tasks
  • General filing and documentation
  • General housekeeping and office duties
What we are looking for:
  • Prior experience in a personal assistant or team assistant role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and an ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
  • Ability toprioritisework and get tasks done in a timely manner.
  • Ability to show initiative within your role.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships internally and externally within the business.
  • Ability to prioritise,organise and plan with the director and other management staff
  • Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proven high level of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality in daily work ethic.
  • The ability to show initiative and to go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly.
