Heartland Dental is hiring a Dental Hygienist at Mariner Village Dental Care in Spring Hill, FL.

4 days per week:
Tuesday 7:30am‑5:30pm, Wednesday 7:30am‑6:30pm, Thursday 7:30am‑6:30pm, Friday 7:30am‑5:30pm.

• Current dental hygienist license in Florida.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

• 2‑3 years of Dental Hygiene experience preferred.
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care.
• Clinical needs as required by office.

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions; standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
