Interventional Pain Physician Elite Pain & Spine Specialists

Elite Pain & Spine Specialists is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Physician to join their growing, patient-centered practice. About the Practice

Elite Pain & Spine Specialists provides comprehensive, minimally invasive pain management services with an emphasis on accurate diagnosis ,
individualized treatment planning , and evidence-based interventions . The practice brings together interventional procedures, medication management, physical rehabilitation, and patient education to achieve optimal outcomes.

Their clinical scope includes:

  • Spine-related pain (neck, mid-back, low-back)

  • Joint pain and arthritis

  • Neuropathic pain

  • Sciatica and radicular pain

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Peri-injury, workers compensation, and personal-injury pain

  • Post-surgical pain

  • Functional and mobility-related conditions

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions across the spine, joints, nerves, and soft tissues

  • Perform interventional procedures including (but not limited to):

    • Epidural steroid injections

    • Medial branch blocks and radio frequency ablation

    • Facet and SI joint injections

    • Peripheral joint injections

    • Trigger point injections

    • Spinal cord stimulator trials and management

  • Formulate individualized treatment plans that integrate procedural care, medication management, and rehabilitative strategies

  • Utilize fluoroscopy and/or ultrasound guidance for safe, precise interventions

  • Educate patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and expectations

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards

Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited institution

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine ,
    Anesthesiology ,
    Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation , or Neurology

  • Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine required

  • Active or eligible Florida medical license

  • Demonstrated proficiency in image-guided interventional pain procedures

  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical setting
