Williamson County Parks and Recreation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated teaching staff to join our Rhythm & Spirit Dance Program. We are looking for instructors to lead dance classes for children ages 3 - adult.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Teaching appropriate dance techniques and class content for the assigned style
- Providing instruction in a positive, structured environment
- Maintaining order and safety in the classroom
- Choreographing dances for recitals and performances
- Attending required instructor trainings
- Supporting program policies and guidelines
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Qualifications &
Experience:
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional
- Ability to contribute to a positive and safe class environment
- Classes run August–May, with additional summer camp opportunities available
- Dance studios located in Franklin, Spring Hill, Nolensville, and Fairview
