Williamson County Parks and Recreation is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated teaching staff to join our Rhythm & Spirit Dance Program. We are looking for instructors to lead dance classes for children ages 3 - adult.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Teaching appropriate dance techniques and class content for the assigned style
• Providing instruction in a positive, structured environment
• Maintaining order and safety in the classroom
• Choreographing dances for recitals and performances
• Attending required instructor trainings
• Supporting program policies and guidelines
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Must be punctual, reliable, and professional
• Ability to contribute to a positive and safe class environment
• Classes run August–May, with additional summer camp opportunities available
• Dance studios located in Franklin, Spring Hill, Nolensville, and Fairview
• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age
