This is a part‑time role for an Assistant Wrestling Coach located in Spring Hill, FL. The Assistant Wrestling Coach will be responsible for assisting in the coaching and development of student‑athletes on the wrestling team. Responsibilities include planning and conducting practice sessions, providing individual and group training, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment, and ensuring students develop both physical skills and sportsmanship.

The coach will also support the Head Coach in managing team organization, strategies, and competition preparation.

• Expertise in Wrestling Coaching and a strong understanding of wrestling techniques and strategies
• Strong skills in Communication and Coaching
• Experience in Training and mentoring athletes to achieve their full potential
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for student‑athletes
• Previous experience as a coach or athlete in wrestling is highly desirable
