Our Restaurant/Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center. In the General Manager’s absence, they hold down the fort, managing everything from entertainment to food & beverage to the property and its equipment. They maintain unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and dedication to developing the team’s hourly staff. ESSENTIALDUTIES
- MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1
Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints. - NEVER STOP IMPROVING
Continually hone our operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs and maximize the guest experience. - TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY
Capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.). - PARTNER WITH LEAGUES
Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business; adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and perform administrative duties. - ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff. - SHOW OFF MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Lead the team and influence through effective motivation; leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity. - DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES
Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction. - REMAIN FLEXIBLE
Work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
You’re ready to fill in for the General Manager as needed. Your guest service sensibility, interpersonal and communication skills, and flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays) are strong. You’re a dedicated team player great at developing talents and looking to take the next step toward becoming a General Manager.
DESIRED SKILLS- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to supervise center operations staff.
- Strong team player.
- Exceptional “People Developer.”
- Customer service pro.
- Knowledge of POS register systems.
- Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
