- Campbell & Company, Wealth Advisors and CPAs is seeking a Service Advisor who will be reporting directly to the principal of the firm.
- This individual will be responsible for executing the operational processes for client servicing within the Financial Advisor’s book of business.
- You will own the behind-the-scenes processes of onboarding new clients as well as deepening relationships through servicing existing clients.
- In addition, you will play a critical role in supporting the Financial Advisor in a variety of tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparing support materials and reports for the chief advisor.
- Research & build relationships with new clients and participate in internal and external client meetings & debriefs.
- Meet with advisors regularly to review appointments and cases.
- Meet with clients as needed.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered & managed within the company’s CRM.
- Ability to measure the business & submit weekly progress reports.
- Maintain compliance documentation.
- FINRA Series 65 is required. CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation is required.

- Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Effective time management skills. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly refined analytical and human relations skills.
- Must be self-motivated with a good work ethic and have demonstrated the discipline to work independently.

- Advanced verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem‑solving skills, resourceful, and effective in making decisions.
- Series 65 or equivalent.
