• Assist with completion of all occupancy related reports and submit to the Sales Director in a timely fashion.
• Attend weekly community marketing meetings as necessary.
• Conduct tours of the community for prospective residents, health services professionals, social services professionals, etc.
• Call or visit various referral sources on a routine basis as directed by the Sales Director including health services, social services, legal professionals, financial professionals, community organizations and other community contacts.
• Represent community at various functions in the local area such as senior center luncheons, senior housing trade shows, health fairs, etc. as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
