This multi-provider practice is quick paced and focused on concierge level patient care from the first voice on the phone to the welcoming front desk team all the way through the patient journey with the medical team. We offer a variety of services from conservative care to surgery as well as follow-up through recovery.

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. This position requires knowledge of surgery, orthopedics, and sports medicine. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients for appointments.
Schedule follow-up appointments
Provide information about services offered by the practice.
Collect payments from patients.
Manage patient records and files.
Assist with administrative tasks.
