Location:
Based in Spring Hill, FL, serving patients in Hernando County.
- Travel to patients’ homes to provide personalized physical therapy services that support recovery and independence.
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient’s condition and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement goal‑oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
- Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high‑quality care.
- Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy License (required).
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
- Experience with OASIS documentation (preferred).
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Ability to delegate and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (preferred).
