We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager, Molding to oversee injection molding operations. Lead the production floor, manage day-to-day molding activities and ensure safety and delivery targets are met.

Ideal candidate has a strong background in plastics manufacturing/injection molding. Strong Kaizen experience is required.

• Oversee daily molding production operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ensure production output meets quality standards, customer specs, and on-time delivery goals.
• Lead and develop a team of molding technicians and shift supervisors.
• Optimize machine uptime, cycle times, and material usage to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality or downtime issues.
• Promote lean manufacturing principles like 5S, Kaizen and SMED (single minute exchange of die).
• Monitor KPIs: OEE, scrap rates, and labor efficiency.

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with 3+ years in molding operations (injection molding a major plus).
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong knowledge of molding processes, tooling, materials and equipment.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools.
