The Silverthorn Animal Clinic is a full‑service animal hospital that handles emergency and non‑urgent medical, surgical, and dental issues. Our team delivers a kid‑friendly, calm environment for pets, clients, and staff. Specialty care includes chiropractic, holistic, acupuncture, exotic medicine, reproduction, and stem‑cell/PRP therapy.

As Managing Veterinarian, you will lead clinical operations, practice medicine with autonomy, and collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians, assistants, and CSRs. Our clinic offers no weekends, no after‑hours or on‑call shifts, and a relaxed, pet‑focused environment.

• Provide compassionate care to a variety of companion animals.
• Perform physical exams, interpret diagnostics, and create treatment plans.
• Conduct surgeries and dental procedures.
• Guide clients on preventive care and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

• DVM or equivalent from an AVMA‑accredited program.
• Experience with reproductive surgery, including C‑sections, required.
• Active Florida veterinary license (or eligibility).
• DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborative spirit and passion for pet wellness.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with team assistance for anything more).
