• Understand and practice our mission, values, and objectives
• Greet customers as they are seated, ensuring the table is clean and all necessary items are provided
• Provide a positive guest experience and demonstrate menu knowledge while using our point‑of‑sale systems
• Take accurate food/beverage orders and deliver completed orders to guests
• Pre‑bus tables to maintain a clean environment
• Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, ice, etc.
• Collect payments and operate the cash register

• Ability to listen and follow directions

• Ability to function well in a fast‑paced environment

• Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment

• Stand for prolonged periods and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment
• May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and required to work with cleaning chemicals
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team
