Assistant Manager at AT&T Retail.

In this role you will partner with the store manager to oversee daily operations, assist with merchandising and product launches, meet and exceed sales objectives, and provide extraordinary customer experiences. You will coach store sales consultants to meet performance goals.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.

• Utilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues.

Assistant Store Managers earn between $47,500 and $71,300 annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met.
