Position Overview

Retail Sales Associate (part‑time)

Pay: $15.25 per hour (location, experience, skills, and education may affect rate).

• Provide a great experience for customers.
• Handle various sales transactions.
• Encourage customers to participate in company programs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
