YMCA of Greater Kansas City is seeking a Youth Development Leader for the Y Club before and after school programs. You will lead your own group of kids through fun activities, homework help, games, and more in a safe, positive space where kids can thrive.
This part-time role offers a flexible schedule (mornings, afternoons, or both), with consistent hours and afternoons free after 6pm. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour, with increases based on experience and education.
