Overview
Carroll Construction Supply is looking for a Yard Laborer to assist with loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and handling concrete forms, and other warehouse duties. The role includes operating a forklift to help with moving products. Carroll is a fair, honest, team‑oriented, employee‑owned company with over 35 locations across 12 states.
Responsibilities- Load and unload trucks.
- Clean and handle concrete forms.
- Perform general warehouse duties.
- Operate forklift for product movement.
- Ensure accurate loading and timely delivery of products.
Desired skills and attributes:
- Experience with warehouse operations or general labor.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely (certification preferred).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
