DescriptionWe're hiring a highly organized Real Estate Executive Assistant to support the broker-owner, sales team, and brokerage operations. You'll manage the broker's inbox, phone calls, and calendar; coordinate transaction paperwork and compliance; track critical deadlines; prepare for appointments; and serve as the primary point of contact for agents and clients. This role includes maintaining databases and internal systems, documenting processes and procedures, and supporting daily operations that keep the business running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced real estate environment. This position offers long-term growth potential in operations leadership for the right person.

Responsibilities- Manage the broker's inbox, phone calls, and calendar to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.
- Coordinate transaction paperwork and compliance to keep our operations smooth and efficient.
- Track critical deadlines to ensure timely completion of all tasks and projects.
- Prepare for appointments by organizing necessary materials and information for the broker and sales team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Maintain databases and internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
- Document processes and procedures to support consistent and efficient operations across the team.
- Experience in managing executive-level calendars and communications, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization.
- Ability to coordinate transaction paperwork with precision, maintaining compliance and efficiency in all processes.
- Proven track record of tracking and meeting critical deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to serve as the primary point of contact for agents and clients, fostering trust and clear communication.
- Proficiency in maintaining databases and internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Experience in documenting processes and procedures to support consistent and efficient team operations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Communicates well, both verbally and written
