We are seeking an experienced Equipment Sales Director to lead a high‑performing sales team and drive revenue growth in a technical, project‑based equipment market. The ideal candidate excels in sales strategy, team leadership, and complex solution selling, with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong customer relationships.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing technical sales team.
• Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Drive new business growth while expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Manage full sales cycles, including complex technical proposals and contract negotiations.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure effective use of Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools (e.g., Panda Doc).
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and customer service teams.
• Provide accurate sales reporting, KPIs, and forecasts to leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Background in industrial machinery, capital equipment, or manufacturing systems (food processing a plus).
• Strong technical acumen with experience in complex, project‑based sales.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed and thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Spanish speaking.

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000
