New Spring Hill location opening Spring 2026. Hiring for multiple positions. Training at Columbia, TN site; transition to Spring Hill location once opens.

This is a full‑time, permanent onsite clinical role within Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance.

• Evaluate patients including subjective information, objective information, assessment, prognosis, and goals.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, educational programs for patients, and supervise technicians to provide quality patient care by improving mobility & strength, and decreasing future injury for return to functional activities.
• Maintain and provide all documentation for the therapy treatment, utilizing TOA’s EHR/EMR systems.
• Communicate effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families.
• Discharge patients as appropriate.
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems.
• Demonstrate positive engagement in providing the best customer service to patients and staff.
• Adhere to Federal and State regulatory laws and rules.
• Seek appropriate input as needed.

• Current (or pending) licensure in Occupational Therapy in the state of Tennessee.
• Master/Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification.
• Enjoys being part of a team that works collaboratively to achieve goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Experience in fabrication of static and dynamic splinting.

• Minimum two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre/post‑operative orthopaedics.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or willing to obtain CHT.
