Burn Boot Camp Spring Hill is looking for an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, develop our team, drive membership growth, and make sure everyone who walks through our doors gets an exceptional Burn experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who takes ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- * LEAD DAILY OPERATIONS
- Manage day-to-day operations of every area of the gym outside of training protocol
- Ensure daily operational, sales, and member experience expectations are consistently met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and operationally sound facility
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and Burn brand standards
- Identify problems and create solutions without being asked
* LEAD & DEVELOP THE TEAM
* DELIVER AN EXCEPTIONAL MEMBER EXPERIENCE THIS ROLE IS A GREAT FIT IF:
