- Full‑time, Evening Shift (72 hrs./pay period) – 12 hr. shifts
- Full‑time, Evening Shift (80 hrs./pay period) – 8 hr. shifts

Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll receive an email and text invitation from our trusted partner, Arena, to complete a short 3‑5 minute questionnaire. Completing this step is required as part of the application process and helps us get to know you better.
Responsibilities:- Provide care that is individualized and meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of residents.
- Obtain and transcribe all written and telephone orders promptly ensuring telephone order forms are complete.
- Notify physician and responsible party of changes in resident status.
- Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensure that all policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations are practiced.
- Complete all new admissions paperwork timely, including nursing assessment.
- Prepare and administer medications and treatments as needed.
- Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing experience.
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License.
- Current CPR Certification.
