Quality Systems Specialist (Monday-Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm)

We are Prinova, a leading global supplier of ingredients and premix manufacturing solutions. The Quality Systems Specialist role at Prinova USA supports our commitment to delivering quality products that meet internal and customer specifications. This position is based in Spring Hill, TN.

The Quality Systems Specialist is responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System. The role ensures products comply with regulations and customer requirements, maintains documentation and audit programs, and supports regulatory and complaint handling activities.

• Ensure compliance with regulations and customer requirements, including GMPs (21 CFR 111 & 117) and GFSI
• Review and approve folders to completion, including verification of counts, labeling, and bin movements
• Reconcile all batch records (theoretical yield, final yield, label reconciliation, waste)
• Maintain good documentation practices and record keeping
• Complete QC daily reports
• Oversee and maintain internal audit program
• Oversee and maintain non‑conformance program
• Handle external communications regarding complaints
• Maintain traceability system
• Provide document control and regulatory support as needed
• Monitor allergen handling, including cleanings and labeling
• Meet goals and objectives set by Executive Management
• Perform other duties as required

• High School Diploma required; some college experience preferred
• 1‑2 years’ experience in a similar setting
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer concepts
• Intermediate math, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong documentation and record‑keeping skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to type 35 wpm
• Follow company processes and procedures
• Work independently without direct supervision
• Lift up to 15 lbs.; sit and stand for extended periods
• Work in a variety of smells and aromas; view a computer screen for extended hours
• Frequent rounds in a warehouse environment required; moderate standing, occasional squatting, bending, twisting
• Wear required PPE; adjust schedule as business needs dictate
