Carrols owns and operates over 800 Burger King restaurants. As a Team Leader, you will support a team driven to deliver customers a personalized experience and keep the restaurant clean and safe.
Responsibilities- Serve sizzling burgers to hungry customers
- Welcome customers, take accurate orders and handle payments using the cash register
- Ensure that all restrooms, dining areas and kitchen remain clean and meet safety and health standards
- Package food and drinks, and assist in maintaining a clean, high‑standard restaurant
- Respond to customer inquiries or resolve issues to keep guests happy and comfortable
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment
- Strong communication and basic reading skills
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and reaching
- Ability to remain on your feet for several hours at a time
The role requires manual dexterity, the ability to press and grab, and frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and reaching.
