This is a full-time role for a Business Development/Sales Associate located in middle TN. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, identifying prospective clients, and providing exceptional service. They will attend events and networking groups, attend client meetings, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. The role requires collaboration with other team members to align sales goals with company objectives and to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Sales and customer service experience, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to provide clear and professional information
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM systems
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to customer needs
• Some knowledge of pressure washing or related home service industries is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
