Honey Do Service is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, skilled Home Maintenance & Repair Technician to join our team. We serve homeowners across Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood, Thompson’s Station, College Grove, and Columbia
, providing professional home repair, maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry services.

• Complete a wide range of residential repair and maintenance projects
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend the best repair solutions
• Perform light carpentry, drywall repair, basic plumbing, light electrical, and general handyman tasks
• Communicate clearly with clients and deliver a professional, friendly experience
• Use our online tools and mobile app to track jobs, update notes, and document work
• Maintain a clean workspace, ensure jobsite safety, and uphold company standards
• Represent Honey Do Service with honesty, reliability, and craftsmanship clients can count on

• 2+ years of experience in home repair, handyman work, maintenance, carpentry, or a similar trade
• Strong knowledge of general home systems (doors, drywall, fixtures, trim, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose issues and independently execute repairs
• Comfortable interacting with homeowners and providing top-notch customer service
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and basic tool set (company provides specialty tools)
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time well
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical work safely

Preferred but not required:
Light plumbing and electrical skills, previous handyman/technician experience, or experience with Jobber or similar service software.
