Home Repair Service Technician – Honey Do Service (Full-Time)
Location: Franklin, Spring Hill, Brentwood, Thompsons Station, Columbia, College Grove
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Compensation: Up to $28/hr to start + fuel allowance

Position OverviewWe’re hiring a Home Repair Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll complete scheduled repair and maintenance tasks in residential homes — everything from drywall patches and wood rot repairs to light plumbing, electrical, and general handyman services.

- Communicate clearly with clients and provide great customer service
- Follow project scopes, safety standards, and company processes
- Troubleshoot onsite issues and deliver quality solutions
- Maintain clean work spaces and protect client homes at all times
- Ensure materials are used efficiently and job notes are accurately submitted
- Represent Honey Do Service with pride and integrity
- 3–5+ years of experience in home repairs, carpentry, or trades
- Skills in some or all of the following:
- Carpentry / Trim
- Drywall repair & paint
- Wood rot repair
- Minor plumbing (faucets, disposals, toilets)
- Light electrical (switches, outlets, fixtures)
- General home maintenance
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and use standard tools/ladders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and pride in doing the job right
- Hourly pay up to $30/hr based on experience
- Fuel card with monthly allowance
- Holiday pay
- Eligibility for company vehicle after 60 days
