Position:Home Repair Service Carpenter
Status:Full-Time, Hourly – Client Service Team
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends. No overnight travel.)
We use a performance-based pay structure—the more you deliver, the more you earn.
- Top performers can earn up to $31/hour by consistently completing high-quality work on schedule
- 60-day performance review with pay increase opportunities based on KPIs and contribution

- 10+ years of verifiable home repair experience
- Excellent communication with clients, teammates, and management
- Confidence in assessing and completing jobs without micromanagement
- Punctual, reliable, professional, and clean—in work and appearance
- Organized, tech-savvy, and committed to continuous improvement
- Skilled in drywall, carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, and finish work
- Passion for serving others with high standards and attention to detail
- Treat every client like they’re your most important one
- Deliver clean, accurate, and high-quality work
- Offer smart solutions and upsell additional client needs when appropriate
- Follow detailed checklists before, during, and after every job
- Conduct client walkthroughs at project start and finish
- Document all work with before/during/after photos
- Mentor junior technicians and uphold our team standards
- Collect payments and keep job reporting up to date
- Maintain your tools, your vehicle, and your professionalism
