Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

• Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and other automation devices for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, control system, and automation issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed control system documentation, including schematics and logic.
• Support the commissioning of new equipment and the upgrade of existing machinery.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and efficiency.

• Extensive experience programming and troubleshooting Rockwell Automation PLCs (Control Logix, Compact Logix) and associated software (Studio 5000 Logix Designer).
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying HMI/SCADA applications (e.g., Factory Talk View SE/ME, Ignition).
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ether Net/IP, Profinet) and control system architecture.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servo systems, and motor control applications.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics, P&, and control system documentation.

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting industrial vision systems.
• Familiarity with MES/SCADA integration and database systems (e.g., SQL).
• Understanding of industrial networking protocols and cybersecurity best practices.
