We are a clinician run pediatric group with several locations in Fayetteville. Each of our clinics is managed by lead therapists that help to create a low-pressure environment where the employees thrive. They ensure that employees have the tools they need to do their job and grow in their professional skills. We believe that our patients and families are served best by employees that are valued and supported.

Our full-time and part-time positions are salaried and include a benefits package. We offer the following benefits:

• Holiday Pay: 10 - 12 holidays per calendar year to include:
  New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day,
  Thanksgiving (Wednesday-Friday), End of Year Break (Christmas Eve - New Years Eve)
• PTO:
  Employees accrue up to 8 hours a month, depending on their hours worked.

• Office Support:
  Our team of patient care coordinators handle doctor’s orders, authorizations and other time-consuming paperwork, allowing therapists to focus on clinical work.
• Raintree EMR is a state-of-the-art practice management, scheduling, billing, and documentation system with orientation-week training. Mobile scheduling is available for therapists to view on their phones; company-issued iPads can be used to take data during sessions.
• Microsoft Office 365: HIPAA-compliant suite for email, collaboration, calendars, and more. Mobile apps enable remote access for traveling therapists.
• Paychex Payroll: HR administration, timekeeping and benefits enrollment.
• Schedule Flexibility:
  Create your own schedule. Whether you work 2 hours or 40, we value your contribution.
• Mentoring:
  Each new employee is paired with a mentor with a paid hour per week for questions and professional development; includes discipline meetings and lunch-and-learns.

  Individualized treatment plans focusing on child outcomes and family education; CEU benefit with at least one class per year.

  Paid North Carolina licensure for all disciplines; paid ASHA certification for SLPs; paid professional liability coverage.

• Marketing:

• Mileage:

• Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, based on experience.
• Fee for service: $60.00 per session.
• Additional Compensation Is Offered For Supervising a PTA.
• Physical Therapy License:
  North Carolina license required or eligible
