Salary Range: $139,000 - $190,000 depending on experience

• Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production output, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage the plant budget, control costs, and identify areas for financial improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Proven experience in manufacturing plant operations management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, AI)
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce or international business operations
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Engineering Management)
