Quality Supervisor | Spring Lake, MI Salary Range: $66,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

• Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all inspection activities, including incoming, in-process, and final product quality checks.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and update quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data, preparing reports for management.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing a team.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Certified Internal Auditor for relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Bilingual proficiency relevant to the workforce or supply chain.
