Industrial Electrician | Spring Lake, MI

Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using schematics, diagrams, and test equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, electrical codes, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Calibrate, test, and adjust electrical equipment and instrumentation for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve electrical problems efficiently.

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent state/provincial certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PLCs, motor controls, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and strict adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motor control systems
• Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• Arc Flash Safety training or certification
• Instrumentation and calibration experience
