TM Bus Inc is looking for a dedicated and safety-focused CDL School Bus Driver to join our team in the Spring Valley, NY! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in your community by safely transporting students to and from school each day. • Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities along assigned routes
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure bus is in safe operating condition
• Maintain order and enforce safety rules for all passengers on the bus
• Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, school staff, and parents as needed
• Complete accurate daily logs, incident reports, and other required documentation
• Assist students with special needs or disabilities when required

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check
• Prior school bus or commercial driving experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Spring Valley/NYC roadways and traffic patterns a plus
• Patient, responsible, and dependable with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work split shifts, early mornings, and afternoons
