Senior Product Analyst

We are creating a new project in collaboration with one of the largest content creators with a billion-strong audience – a platform for vertical series in the Shorts format. We already have a released product, a content library, and initial metrics.
We are looking for a Product Analyst to transform data into insights and help the product team make fact-based decisions.

• Analyze user data and content across mobile and web products; proactively discover insights.
• Identify and track key product metrics: retention, engagement, conversion, LTV, DAU/MAU, and others.
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments; formulate recommendations for product development.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for product analytics.
• Work with the product team to ensure proper event logging and data monitoring.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify the causes of metric changes, anomalies, and spikes in data.
• Conduct content analytics: track content performance indicators such as views, retention, engagement, CTR, and series completions.

• Experience in product analytics of at least 4 years.
• Experience with B2C mobile and/or web products, preferably related to content or subscription monetization.
• Deep understanding of user behavior analysis, cohort analysis and segmentation.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and knowledge of data analysis tools: SQL, Python, Excel, BI tools (preferably Tableau).
• Experience in forming and testing hypotheses, the ability to find insights in data and turn them into recommendations.
• A desire to dive deep into the product, analyze metrics, and propose development paths.
• Fluent Russian.
