In-House Litigation Attorney

About the Role

Epic is looking for an In‑House Litigation Attorney to join our legal team on the Madison, WI campus. The position requires relocation to the area and offers competitive salaries, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Manage litigation and regulatory matters across Epic’s expanding product portfolio.
• Counsel the company on evolving competitive and regulatory landscapes.
• Draft motions, briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.

• 3‑7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent detail orientation, creative thinking, and analytic, writing, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
