Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, demonstrating a patient-centered approach. Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, ensuring service excellence and positive patient outcomes. Supervise and guide subordinate staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining high standards of care.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred. Completion of a Specialty course or equivalent within 6 months of hire. One year of acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course.
- Current RN license in the state; BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required by department.
Other certifications may be required based on specialty.
Must pass pre-employment assessments. RN graduates must have an interim license granted by the state to perform under supervision.
