Qualifications Include- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Minimum three years of clinical experience, with two years in Utilization Review, Management, or Case Management preferred
- Knowledge of social and physical factors affecting discharge and community resources
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in computer programs for word processing, data management, and reporting
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care based on patient needs
- Establish safe, individualized discharge plans
- Provide proficient utilization management services
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maximize reimbursement
