Pediatrics Physician

Pediatrics job opening in Spring Valley, NY Spring Valley: 35 miles from NYC Seeking pediatricians to join an established primary and express care team. Details on the Positions:

• Position is available immediately
• Full-time, permanent position
• 4 weekend shifts/month is required in addition to agreed upon weekly schedule
• Post-residency experience is required
• Multidisciplinary community health center
• FQHC Facility
• HPSA Score of 19
• The pediatrician will provide comprehensive care in an outpatient setting.
• Outstanding support and collaboration, including 1:1 ratio Physician:
  
  Nurse.
• Seeking physicians who are flexible for some evening and weekends
• State-of-the art facilities
Responsibilities:
• Examine and treat patients
• Prescribe medications
• Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, splinting, suturing, wound care, and infection management
• Provide Newborn Nursery Coverage
Requirements:
• Must be board certified (or board eligible within two years of residency)
• Active NYS medical license
• Scheduling flexibility including availability to work mornings and evenings
