Coordinatortosupportouraccountingandfinancialoperations.
Thisroleplaysanimportantpartinmaintainingaccuratefinancialrecords,processing transactions,supportingreportingactivities,andensuringthesmoothadministrationofvendoraccounts,inventory,fixed assets,andfleet-related records.
- Processaccountspayablepayments,includingchecks,ACH,andwiretransfers.
- Setupandmaintainvendoraccountsanddocumentation.
- Reconcilevendorstatementsandresolvediscrepancies.
- Recordcustomerpaymentsandcreditcardtransactionsin Quick Books .
- Maintaininventoryandfixedassetrecords.
- Support month-endcloseandfinancialreportingactivities.
- Managevehicleregistration,insurance,andtollaccountadministration.
- Processemployeeperdiempayments.
- Providegeneraladministrativesupportasneeded.
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired;associatedegreein
Accounting,Finance,Business Administration,orarelatedfieldpreferred. - Accounting,bookkeeping,oraccountspayable/receivable experience.
- Knowledgeofbasicaccountingprinciplesandfinancialreconciliations.
- Experience with Quick Booksand Microsoft Office .
- Strongattentiontodetail,organization,and problem-solving skills.
- Abilitytomeetdeadlines,maintain confidentiality,andcommunicateeffectively.
- Workingknowledgeof Acumaticapreferred.
- Spanishlanguageproficiencypreferred.
