What role you will play in our teamThe scope of work of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to progress objectives and key deliverables for the business.
What You Will DoAs an administrative assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a designated team and/or manager(s). Administrative tasks are moderately complex and require a higher degree of proficiency and experience. This role requires the ability to make recommendations or solve problems independently.
Required Experiences- Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience or related support experience
- Data collection, organization, and management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with professional style and demeanor
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self‑motivated individual that can work independently when needed
- Ability to handle multiple and/or changing priorities
- Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to multiple customers
- Associate degree
- Database management (e.g., SharePoint)
- Executive administrative support
- Leadership / mentoring skills
- Experience working with SAP
- Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
- Meeting logistics experience
- Demonstrates exceptional initiative and resourcefulness
- Proficiency in virtual networking tools (e.g., Zoom)
