Administrative Assistant

M&S Engineering, LLC seeks a qualified Entry-Level Administrative Assistant at our Spring Branch, Texas location to perform a variety of administrative duties for multiple departments and managers.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• File and retrieve documents, records, and reports.
• Perform secondary phone coverage.
• Assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as required.
• Complete monthly expense reports.
• Maintain supply room and order supplies, as required.
• Prepare construction books for multiple client projects.
• Travel arrangements, as needed.
• Assist with client billing, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative type roles and duties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be energetic, self-motivated, and be able to work both independently and on a team.
• Be personally accountable for the quality and accuracy of work product.
• Must be self-starter and be able to work both supervised and independently.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
