Job Description

Coordinate requirements, scope, and change management activities; organize projects and provide general support, including organizing events and travel; develop and execute workshops with business representatives.

Manage interfaces with vendors, including coordinating demos and evaluations, following up, drafting vendor requirements, and preparing management and stakeholder presentations and project reports.

Coordinate with the internal Procurement organization; contribute to designing and evaluating solution architecture and selecting vendors.

Draft project deliverables; coordinate project activities; prepare communications for management and the broader EM organization; engage with Procurement and manage related deliverables.

Qualifications

Experience managing Capital Projects.

Experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

Proficiency with MS Office tools.
