AboutThis Role
Onsite Monday-Friday, with 15% domestic travel. At QISG, we don’t just deliver projects—we deliver complex EPC solutions that power industries and connect communities. As a Cost Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into insights that keep our projects on track, on budget, and built for long-term success. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and impact—working on high-profile projects from kickoff through completion.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own the numbers – track, analyze, and forecast costs, budgets, and financial trends across multi-year EPC projects.
- Be a strategic partner – work closely with Project Managers, Operations Directors, and technical leaders to align financials with project goals.
- Manage change with confidence – oversee cost changes, deviations, and risks to anticipate challenges before they become issues.
- Tell the story – deliver clear, compelling cost reports and dashboards in Power BI (or similar) for clients and leadership.
- Strengthen controls – support Project Controls Execution Plans and ensure compliance with company standards from day one.
- Make your mark – serve as the go-to resource for cost insights on high-impact EPC projects.
- 1-6 years in cost management and project controls.
- Expertise in forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk analysis.
- Convert complex financials into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficient in JDE, Eco Sys, Procore, Excel, Power BI.
- Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Willing to travel up to 15% domestically.
- Full-time, onsite position in Denver, CO.

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $71,000.00/Yr.
- USD $/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
