Spring, Texas.
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000.

What role you will play in our teamWe are seeking an experienced professional with a proven ability to engage OEMs and tier suppliers of composite parts to the US automotive industry. Working as part of Exxon Mobil’s New Market Development (NMD) global team you will be responsible for leading the development of composite parts made from our new Proxxima® thermoset resin.
What You Will Do- Evaluate the Americas value chain for automotive structural parts made from composite materials.
- Identify, initiate, and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and tier suppliers in U.S./Canada/Mexico.
- Manage customer relationships, programs, and activities to drive successful product adoption.
- Validate and communicate the unique value proposition of Proxxima® resin.
- Identify and anticipate unmet customer needs and emerging trends.
- Collect and analyze market and competitive intelligence.
- Build and maintain a strong ecosystem of supply chain and industry partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and consortiums.
- 5+ years experience in automotive composites.
- Proven experience in introducing composite materials to the automotive value chain.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage ecosystems of cross‑industry partners.
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and market growth.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English to support global collaboration.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly.
- Comfortable leading discussions on both technical and commercial topics.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes such as SMC, RTM, or filament winding.
